Refund and Returns policy

Overview

AI Geeks provides digital software access and automation system packages delivered electronically. Because our products are digital in nature, refund eligibility depends on whether access has already been issued and whether services have already been delivered.

Before access is issued

If a customer requests cancellation before login credentials, system access, or setup materials are issued, the customer may be eligible for a full refund.

After access is issued

Once login credentials, system access, setup instructions, or digital materials have been issued, the product is considered delivered. After delivery, refunds may be partial and will be reviewed based on the stage of access, support provided, onboarding completed, and system usage.

Setup and onboarding services

If onboarding, support, configuration guidance, or setup assistance has already been provided, the value of those services may be deducted from any refund amount.

The following may be non-refundable after delivery: Issued login credentials Activated software access Completed onboarding sessions Provided setup guidance Delivered digital materials Custom configuration work

Refund request process

Customers must contact support@aigeeks.tech with their order number, full name, email address, and reason for the refund request.

Review timeframe

Refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. Additional information may be requested to verify the order and assess the request.

Chargebacks and disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact AI Geeks directly before raising a payment dispute so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved properly.

Final decision

AI Geeks reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or decline refund requests based on delivery status, access status, and services already provided.
